History
Our family has learned from the ground up how to successfully hatch and raise Rainbow Trout. In 1998 we hatched our first school of Trout in the village of Blanchardville. Then in 2005, we bought our family farm and moved the business to the country. While drilling new wells on our brand new farm, we discovered natural Artesian waters emerging from an underground spring - perfect conditions for our fresh water fish. As members of the Wisconsin Aquaculture Association, we are constantly working to improve and expand our facitilities. There's no doubt you will be satisfied with our quality, fresh water trout.
